We stayed at this lovely little hotel in Brighton, and it was genuinely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It’s small, cosy, and has such a warm, family atmosphere. The place is run by a wonderful mother and daughter, who were incredibly kind and helpful. We could ring them at any time if we needed anything, and they always made sure we felt completely at home. One of the things I really appreciated was that there was a kitchen available for guests to use it made the stay feel so much more comfortable and homely. The whole place was spotless, peaceful, and had a truly welcoming feeling. The location was also amazing, everything was within walking distance, from the seafront to shops, cafés, and the main attractions. It couldn’t have been more convenient. It’s not a large or luxury hotel, but that’s exactly what makes it so special. It feels personal, genuine, and full of warmth. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Brighton, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy, friendly place to stay. Adri & Clay

I absolutely loved my stay here. Rosie and Ashley were very accommodating and I can’t wait to comeback. Thank you for such a lovely stay. When I seen it on four in a bed I had to give it a try since it looked so good but It’s a lot better now and I don’t even know how you can improve on perfection but they did. Thanks once again

Very nice hotel. Compact and bijou, Peter, compact and bijou (for those of you who remember the TV Ad). Well equipped for the size, very comfy bed with nice soft pillows. Bathroom was excellent and had a very roomy shower. David and Eric were very accommodating and professional. The cooked breakfast was excellent. Very reasonable price which made this an excellent choice. I'd rather stay somewhere like here than the bigger hotel chains. Highly recommended.

Stayed here previously with my husband in November as attending a show at The Brighton Centre. Cannot recommend it enough! Not only was it in prime position, just 50ft from the sea front (one turning from front row) and absolutely beautiful inside with its bespoke quirky decor and high end fixtures and fittings. Our room was lovely, with a side sea view, wonderfully clean and comfortable with a great shower and nice little extras included such as bottled water, love heart sweets and luxury toiletries. Cannot fault the owners either, great communication prior to arrival, help finding parking with an arranged visitors permit on arrival, advice on where to eat and called a cab for us when pouring with rain. They even walked me out to the cab under an umbrella! The breakfast was one of the best I've had too, a great selection to choose from and real orange juice. Very reasonably priced given its quality and proximity to the seafront (close to Sealife Centre). Would 110% stay again.

Absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, our hosts David and Eric were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. The B&B is ideally situated within just a few minutes' walk of the beach and Brighton Pier. A few more minutes and you are in the centre of the bustling town. We stayed on the top floor with my parents. The setup is a sort of two-bedroom mini apartment, with private wet room and kitchen facilities for both rooms. In terms of cleanliness, the place was spotless. Would highly recommend based on excellent service and a very central location. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Stayed overnight with my wife, checking in was easy, with good communication beforehand. Room was clean and fairly well equipped, ok for us for a night, bed comfortable, room might be a little small for some, but good for us for a night. Staff were pleasant and helpful. No breakfast served on premises as far as I'm aware, but not a big deal, plenty of places nearby. Overall good!

Friendly - Comfortable - Convenient - We stayed for two nights and it honestly made our trip to Brighton. David & Eric were friendly and welcoming, and nothing seemed to be a bother. Our room was smallish but it was perfectly comfortable and well appointed - I counted 6 power outlets. There are other larger rooms available that I would imagine are just as nice. The breakfast was really good and sets you up for the day! Checking-out both myself and my partner really wished that we cold have stayed another night.

Reasonably priced accommodation in a really convenient location, with your own private bathroom and a lovely little partition creating an internal balcony and screening out the noise from outside. What's not to like? The host was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.
